HEN PARTIES with Bristol Beauty



We have been involved with 100’s of hen parties and pamper days. We cater for small to medium sized groups with either one or two Beauty or Massage Therapists attending.

Our aim is always to ensure you pamper party runs as smoothly as possible. We do this by making sure that treatments are planned and organised in advance and by bringing everything we need to carry out your treatments.

All you will need to do is choose your Bristol Beauty treatments and let us plan the rest for you.

If you have a specific date in mind let us know as soon as you can as weekends are very popular. We can reserve dates with just a small deposit and then sort out the final details nearer the time.

We know how stressful it can be to be in charge of organising a hen party for your friends and we are here to help.

We can comfortably cater for groups requiring up to a maximum of around 12 treatments.

£25 (30mins) each
Includes; trim & shape nails, cuticle removal, hand lotion & professional polish
Includes; trim & shape nails, cuticle removal, foot lotion & professional polish
Includes; deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, tone and moisturise
Couch based massage that includes; back, neck, shoulders, face & scalp
Seated massage that includes; back, neck, shoulders, face & scalp

All treatment times include a brief pre-treatment consultation. We do not provide massage treatments to pregnant clients.


We bring everything we need including, portable treatment couches, towels and consumables, so all you need to provide is a suitable space for the treatments to take place. For manicure, pedicure and make-up treatments, you will just need to provide a table and two chairs.

For facial & massage treatments; the space required for each treatment couch, with enough room for Therapist to move around it, is roughly the size of a single bed.

We are able to provide a maximum of two Beauty Therapists per booking. That means we can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of around 12 treatments.

To have two Beauty Therapists carrying out treatments; please consider whether you have sufficient space at your chosen venue (bearing in mind that if you are holding your party at home, you will also have a house full of guests).

Ideally for massage and facial treatments in particular; Therapists would work in separate rooms in order to preserve clients privacy, however if you are short of space and your guests don’t mind having treatments in the same room, we are happy to work that way.

We are happy to travel to locations outside the City & County of Bristol, however mileage charges will apply.

If your venue is situated within a metered parking area, you will need to cover the cost of your Therapist(s) parking during your event.

If you let us know the post code of your venue, we will be happy to confirm whether any mileage or parking charges are applicable.

Due to the large amount of equipment that we carry, your Therapist(s) will need to be able to park close to your chosen venue. Please ensure that you make parking available to your Therapist(s) on the day. If parking is limited or unavailable at your venue, we may still be able to provide a service, however couch-based treatments may not be available.

In order book the appropriate number of suitably skilled Therapists on your chosen date, all you need to do is provide us with the following information:

1/ Date requied & start & finish time (if you need to be finished by a certain time)
2/ Number & duration of treatments required (ie 30min Deluxe or 20min Mini Treatments)
3/ Full address of venue including post code

(When calculating timings, in addition to treatment times, you just need to allow an additional 30mins in total to include time for your Therapist(s) to arrive and set up and pack up at the end of the event. We don’t put breaks in between treatments unless it is an all-day event).

Once you have provided the above information, we take a non-refundable deposit to reserve your Therapist(s) for your chosen date and time. The deposit amount will vary depending on the number of treatments and whether you require one or two Therapists for your booking.

Deposit payments can be made either by cheque or bank transfer.

As soon as we have your treatment list, we will put together a treatment schedule to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible and that we keep within your time constraints. You will receive an emailed copy of the treatment schedule for your approval.

The balance of payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date and can be made by cheque or bank transfer.


Following deposit payment, should you decide to cancel your event for any reason prior to the date of the booking, your deposit will not be refunded. In this situation however, the balance of payment will be waived or returned if already paid. Cancellations on the day will require payment in full.

Please check your treatment schedule as soon as you receive it to make sure that it is correct. Any alterations to the treatment schedule should be communicated immediately.

Any guest that has booked and paid for a treatment but not attended or decided not to have a treatment on the day of the booking, will not be entitled to any refund. Another guest may take the place of someone that has not attended or decided not to have a treatment.

Please ensure that all guests have had the opportunity to read the Massage Contra-indications information which you will be sent along with the Pamper Party Treatment Menu and which is also included below.

Where a guest presents an unforeseen contra-indication on the day, an alternative treatment of equivalent value will be offered wherever possible. Alternatively another guest may take the place of the guest that is not able to have a treatment.


In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and to comply with our insurance, there are some circumstances under which we would not be able to carry out a massage treatment.

The contra-indications to massage (reasons why a massage treatment is not advisable) are as follows:

1/ If you are taking ANY prescription medication including antibiotics at the time of the massage treatment. (Asthma inhalers & contraceptive pills do not apply)
2/ If you are (or suspect you may be) pregnant
3/ If you have medically controlled high or low blood pressure
4/ If you suffer from medically controlled diabetes
5/ If you are suffering from or have suffered from any of the following in the last 6 months: serious medical conditions such as heart disease, circulator disorders or cancer
6/ If you have pain or injury in the area to be treated
7/ If you have had surgery in the area to be treated within the previous 6 months.

Massage & Pregnancy
In line with the terms of our insurance, we are not able to provide massage treatments to pregnant clients.

Massage treatments are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers as massage oils most often contain almond or grape seed oil.

Massage & Alcohol
It is extremely inadvisable to have a massage treatment whilst under the influence of alcohol as it can make you feel very unwell. In the interests of the client, a massage therapist will refuse treatment to someone who appears to be intoxicated.

Any unforeseen contra-indications on the day; wherever possible.
we will do our best to accommodate you by offering a suitable alternative treatment.
