In line with new HSE regulations due to Covid-19, there have been some changes in the way at-home beauty treatments are carried out. As I travel from home to home and provide close contact services, the following measures are essential to minimise any risk of Covid-19 transmission between households.
Fort Beaufort PPE
Face masks are no longer compulsory which means that you do not have to wear one during my visit unless you want to. For the time being I have decided continue to wear a face mask and gloves whilst treating you.
Please provide your own towels for treatments. For facials and waxing the couch surface will be disinfected between appointments and topped with single use couch roll.
To avoid carrying used disposables between homes, all refuse from your treatments will need to be disposed of at your home.
Please ensure that the area where your treatment is to be carried out is clean, well ventilated and free from clutter.
OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD
Your treatment should ideally place in a separate room, away from all other members of your household including children. Where applicable please ensure that you have adequate childcare provision in place for little ones during your appointment.
ILLNESS & ISOLATING
I must not visit if any of the following apply:
- If you or anyone else in your household is unwell with a cough, sore throat, fever, headache, skin rash, stomach upset, loss of or change to sense of taste or smell.
- If you or anyone in your household is self-isolating.
- During the 14 day quarantine period if you or anyone else in your household has travelled abroad to a destination that requires self-isolation on arrival in the UK.
Should I or any of my household become unwell, I will contact you to cancel your appointment accordingly.
Methods of payment are bank transfer or debit card. To avoid unnecessary cash handling, please only use cash if neither of the above methods is possible.
